Who we are
Crypto Clash operates kol.cryptoclashglobal.com, a directory of crypto creators that clients can book through us. Contact: t.me/Son_Heroic or kol@cryptoclashglobal.com.
What we collect from clients
Sign-in. When you sign in by email link or Google we store your email address, and for Google your name and Google account id, so we can recognise you and reply about bookings. We never see or store a password.
Usage. We log which creator profile links a signed-in client opens, with a hashed IP address and a timestamp. This enforces a daily limit on profile reveals and helps us detect bulk copying of the directory. We also keep standard server logs.
Shortlists. If you send us a shortlist through our Telegram bot, we store the list, your Telegram username and display name so we can reply to you.
Cookies. We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. Your browser may also keep a shortlist you are building. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
What we publish about creators
The directory shows public information about creator accounts: display name, profile picture, bio, follower or subscriber counts, and average views of recent posts, read from the platforms where those accounts are public. Direct links to a creator's own page are shown only to signed-in clients. Creators who would like their listing removed can ask on our opt-out page, and we remove it within a few days.
Who we share data with
Our services run on Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Resend (sign-in emails) and Telegram (bookings). Each processes data only to provide that service. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Client accounts stay until you ask us to delete them. Reveal logs are kept for 12 months. Creator statistics are refreshed roughly every two weeks and older snapshots are kept for trend history.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Message us on Telegram or email kol@cryptoclashglobal.com and we will respond within 30 days.
